It seems that AgfaPhoto has released a water-proof version of a rugged digital camera and it’s the DV-600uw digital camera. In fact, you can bring this particular digital camera during one of your diving trips whereby it can submerge to up to 33 feet deep – which is pretty deep that is, when compared to Pentax’s 16 feet.
On the other hand, the digital camera can also withstand drops and other rugged usages, without breaking apart – but you’ll still receive those annoying scratches and dents though.
The AgfaPhoto DV-600uw comes packed with 6 megapixels, but sadly, there’s no optical zoom – that’s pretty sad. It can take 720p videos though.
The AgfaPhoto DV-600uw is really cheap considering that it’s waterproof and suitable for rugged usage as you can pick one up for just a mere $199.
