It seems that Lenovo has included the VIA Nano option for their S12 netbooks. Personally, I don’t think that the VIA Nano chipset will perform much better than the Atom, as I have heard so many bad remarks about the under performance. If you ask me, I would instead opt for a dual-core Atom with the Ion chipset? The S12 that runs on the VIA chipset will come with the VIA Nano ULV 2250 processor as well as the Chrome9 HC3 graphics. What’s even more shocking is the fact that you’ll need to fork out $450 to purchase such a basic laptop. Still, the VIA option is $50 bucks cheaper than the Atom version. And furthermore, for the price that you are paying, you’ll enjoy a 6-cell battery version that can give you good battery hours as well. Take a look at the Lenovo S12 Netbook:  Comments (1)
